20th-century Venice: Peggy Guggenheim Collection

Guided tour at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection

Who was Peggy Guggenheim? An American far-sighted gallery manager and collector, who had the extraordinary occasion to meet some of the greatest artists in the 20th century. Her house in Venice, Palazzo Venier dei Leoni, where she moved in 1947, houses her unmissable collection of artworks by Picasso, Balla, Mondrian, Kandinskij, Ernst, Dalì, Arp… and Pollock, of course.
